At OmySalon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty equipment and salon furniture. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned equipment to ensure it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
